  • I offer 50-minute 1:1 sessions to ensure a well-crafted program that incorporates movement based on the goals we set in our consultation call. Sessions may be made longer upon discussion.

Semi- Private classes

  • Classes are 50 minutes long

    4x month: $120

    8x month: $200

    12x month: $240
