Hi, I’m Rachel! I offer private Pilates sessions to both Pilates pros with experience and beginners who have never used a reformer before. I aim to create a safe space for learning more about your whole body's health, the cycles we go through, and expanding your knowledge of movement and nutrition to help you reach your goals.

My teaching approach is to use the Pilates Method and cycle syncing to care for the individual needs and goals of my students. When you come to The Wright Place, you will be met with attention to detail and a welcoming space for moving & healing.
Each person has unique needs and we will work together to create a Pilates practice and self-care routine that feels safe, sustainable, and inspiring. Making my services as accessible as possible with an intro offer, packages, and a student special.
